At Jaques of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
